man i remember that one time when i ate butter-flavored-food-substance. except the place i ended up was all rainbow colored and unicorns flying everywhere. it was pretty bizarre

I have to say I love this comic. (I read far too many webcomics) But butter-substitutes can actually be good and all-natural as long as they don’t make the mistake of trying to taste like actual butter, because actual butter would win every time. The better butter (tehe) substitutes are the ones with their own unique flavor (like olive oil or vegetable oil based congealed fat spreads) It’s like how the best veggieburgers are the ones that taste nothing like an actual hamburger.
